J61 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF CALIFORNIA RELATING TO <br />RALSTON AVENUE INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council an agree- <br />ment by and between the State of California, through its Department <br />of Public Works, Division of Highways, and the City of Redwood <br />City, relating to interchange improvements at Ralston Avenue <br />and State Highway Route 101; and <br />WHEREAS, it is the intention and desire of this Council to <br />approve said agreement and authorize its execution; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled "Freeway Agreement" by <br />and between the State of California, acting by and through the <br />Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, and the City <br />of Redwood City, relating to interchange improvements at Ralston <br />Avenue and State Highway Route 101, a copy of which is presently <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk to which copy reference <br />is made concerning full particulars as to the terms and conditions <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the Mayor, City Manager and <br />City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the <br />same for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
