R E S O L U T I O N <br />N O. 56&?a? <br />DES.ek 2/26/68 <br />ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR RECLAMA- <br />TION AND DRAINAGE PROJECT, DREDGE EXTERIOR WATERWAYS -2, <br />FOR REDWOOD CITY GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64; <br />AND, AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br />plans and specifications for the dredging of Exterior Waterways -2 <br />and related construction work in the vicinity of Belmont Slough; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this Council has reviewed the same and desires to <br />signify its approval thereof and authorize the City Clerk to <br />advertise for bids for the doing of said dredging and construction <br />work; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain plans entitled "Dredge Exterior Waterways -2" <br />and those certain specifications entitled "Documents and specifica- <br />tions, Dredge Exterior Waterways -2, for Redwood City General <br />Improvement District No. 1-64," prepared by Daniel, Mann, Johnson & <br />Mendenhall, and on file in the office of the City Clerk are <br />hereby approved. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />advertise for bids for the doing of such work in accordance with <br />the plans and specifications therefor, said advertisement to be <br />in the form of that certain Notice to Contractors set forth in <br />the abovementioned specifications. <br />
