02/27/2017 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 15565 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AMENDING THE SALARY AND WAGE PLAN FOR <br />CLASSIFICATIONS REPRESENTED BY THE CHIEF OFFICERS <br />ASSOCIATION <br />WHEREAS, the City and the Chief Officers Association (COA) have reached <br />agreement on a Successor Memorandum of Understanding for October 1, 2016 — <br />September 30, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties agreed to amend the salary and wage plan by granting a <br />3% cost -of -living adjustment effective February 6, 2017 and a 2% cost -of -living <br />adjustment effective October 1, 2017. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The City's salary and wage plan for COA employees shall be amended as <br />set forth in Exhibit A. <br />2.
