<br /> DES:d;k 04/01/92 (011/9) <br /> DES:( . 04/13/92R <br /> o RIG I N A L 5/11/92 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2049 <br /> --------- <br />ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT <br />IN A PORTION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; DESIGNATING <br />SAID DISTRICT AS UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. <br />1992-1; DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID DISTRICT; AND <br />ESTABLISHING THE TIME BY WHICH POLES AND OVERHEAD WIRES <br />SHALL BE REMOVED AND UNDERGROUND SERVICE PROVIDED <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Article II of Chapter <br />11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City (commencing with <br />§11.30) , proceedings for the establishment of an underground <br />utility district in a portion of the City of Redwood City were <br />instituted by Resolution No. 11721, adopted April 13, 1992; and <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 11721 sets forth the purpose of <br />said district, its proposed designation and boundary description, <br />and the time and place for hearing objections to the formation of <br />the proposed district; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of said hearing was provided by mailing and <br />publication in accordance with Section 11.42 of the Code of the <br />City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, Monday, May 11, 1992, at 7:30 p.m. , or as soon <br />thereafter as the matter could be heard, at the Board of <br />Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall <br />Street, City of Redwood City, California, the following <br />objections were received: <br /> Oral or Written <br />Name & Address of Objector Objection Nature of Objection <br />None <br />
