<br /> DES:dft 10/17/91 (012/10) <br /> o RIG I N A L 11/4/91 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2046 <br /> --------- <br /> ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $3,890,000 FROM <br /> SPECIFIED SOURCES TO APPROPRIATION FOR CAPITAL <br /> EXPENDITURES, TRANSPORTATION CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS <br /> PROGRAM, FOR CHESTNUT STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT <br /> THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. The total amount of Three Million Eight <br /> Hundred Ninety Thousand Dollars ($3,890,000) received by the <br /> City of Redwood City from the following specified sources in <br /> the individual amounts corresponding thereto are hereby <br /> appropriated to the appropriation for Capital Expenditures, <br /> Transportation Capital Improvements Program, for the <br /> Chestnut Street Reconstruction Project: <br /> Source Amount <br /> Funds received from public <br /> utilities pursuant to applicable <br /> rules, regulations and tariffs <br /> for undergrounding utilities in <br /> Underground Utility District <br /> No. 1986-1 $1,520,000.00 <br /> Funds allocated under the <br /> Federal Aid for Urban System <br /> Transportation Projects Program $ 540,000.00 <br /> Federal Aid for Urban System <br /> Transportation Project funds <br /> received pursuant to exchange <br /> agreement with County of San <br /> Mateo for Rehabilitation of <br /> Streets Utilized by Public <br /> Transit Vehicles Program - <br /> Phase III $1,830,000.00 <br /> Total $3,890,000.00 <br /> SECTION 2.
