<br /> fM-a,.:4,. <br /> 'I \.111 U1ì.. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2002 AUG 07 1989 <br /> - ~- <br /> - - - - - - - - - - - <br /> AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE AMOUNT OF MONEY TO BE RAISED <br /> BY TAXATION UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY WITHIN GENERAL <br /> IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOS. 1-65, 2-65, 3-65 TO PROVIDE <br /> FUNDS FOR GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NOS. 1 -65 , <br /> 2-65 AND 3-65 <br /> THE COUNCIL OF THE REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION 1. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-65. The <br /> following general and special tax rates for General Improvement <br /> District No. 1-65 hereinafter set forth are hereby levied and fixed, <br /> for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1989 - June 30, 1990, in the amounts set <br /> forth herein as follows, to wit: <br /> Three Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Ten Dollars and no/lOa <br /> dollars ($363,010.00) for payment of principal and interest on Redwood <br /> City General Improvement District No. 1-65 Bonds, for deposit in the <br />--.-.. Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-65 Fund, and the <br /> special tax rate therefor is hereby levied and fixed at $.0140 on each <br /> One Hundred Dollars of assessed value of all taxable real property <br /> within the limits of General Improvement District No. 1-65 as said <br /> District was established by Resolution No. 4589, adopted by the <br /> Council of the City of Redwood City on March 15, 1965, together with <br /> all territory thereafter annexed thereto. <br /> SECTION 2. GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 2-65.
