ORIGINAL <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1994 <br /> APR 1 7 1989 <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.150, CHAPTER 20 OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO PARKING <br />METER PERMITS <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 20.150 of Chapter 20 of the Redwood City <br />Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 20.150. Issuance; Fee. " (a) The city <br />collector is hereby authorized to issue parking meter permits in <br />accordance with the following schedule and subject to the payment <br />of the following fees: <br /> " (1) Delivery vehicles while actually engaged in <br /> the pickup and delivery of goods and <br /> merchandise, provided that such vehicle does <br /> not remain standing at one place for more than <br /> thirty (30) minutes: <br /> Monthly . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 10.00 <br /> Annually . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $110.00 <br /> " (2) Any vehicle while in a metered parking space <br /> where the meter permits a single deposit of <br /> coins for ten (10 ) or more consecutive hours <br /> of parking: <br /> Monthly . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $ 10.00 <br /> Annually . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . $110.00 <br />" (b) The city collector is hereby authorized to issue <br />without payment of a fee or charge parking permits, authorizing <br /> 1994 <br />_.- - ...-.,.- .. <br />
