<br /> DES:d;k 10/13/88 (003/7) <br /> DES:1 '~ 11/21/88R <br /> 1985 JAN '9 1989 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1985 ORIGINAL <br /> --------- <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 27.132 OF THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO SEWER LATERAL <br />CONSTRUCTION COSTS <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 27.132 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 27.132. For the construction by the City of a <br />sewer lateral pursuant to the provisions of Section <br />2:] . 82 (b) , the applicant for the installation of such lateral <br />shall pay the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br />($2,500.00) for the construction of a four-inch diameter <br />sewer lateral, or the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty <br />Dollars ($2,550.00) for a six-inch diameter sewer lateral, <br />whichever is appropriate." <br />SECTION 2.
