<br /> DAS: sh 11/25/86 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1944 <br /> JAN 5 1987 <br /> --------- <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25.1.11 OF CHAPTER 25 OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO PROHIBITED <br />ACTS IN CITY PARK, PARKS, PARK BUILDINGS OR RECREATION <br />AREA <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25.1.11 of Chapter 25 of the Redwood <br />City Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 25.1.11. Injury or misuse of Park, Parks, <br />Park Building or Recreation Area; Prohibited Acts. No <br />person while in park, parks, park buildings, or recreation <br />area shall: <br /> " (a) Possess, use, dump, deposit, place or leave any <br />glass containers including glass bottles, and broken glass. <br /> " (b) Dump, deposit place or leave any ashes, paper, <br />boxes, cans, dirt, rubbish, waste, garbage, dead animals, <br />refuse, or other trash except in the proper receptacles <br />where these are provided; where receptacles are not <br />provided, all such rubbish or waste shall be carried away <br />from the park by the person responsible for its presence. <br /> "(c) Throw or otherwise place in the waters of any <br />fountain, pond, stream, bay or other body of water any <br />substance which will or may result in the pollution of said <br />waters. <br /> " (d) Cut, trim, prune, break, dig up, pluck, remove or <br />take away or in any manner injure any turf, tree, bush, <br />shrub, flower or plant. <br /> ...."f) ,~ ;" <br /> ~-"' - ~-~.
