<br /> CGM:rb 7/12/83 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> SEP 1 2 1983 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1877 SEP 12 1983 <br /> --------- - - <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3.101 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF FREE <br />STANDING SIGNS <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 3.101 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Section 3.101. Not more than one free standing sign <br />shall be placed or maintained on any parcel of real property in <br />one ownership, or on the real property of any shopping center; <br />provided, however, that if the area of such parcel or shopping <br />center exceeds five (5 ) acres, the number of free standing signs <br />which may be erected thereon shall be one per each five (5 ) acres <br />or portion thereof, but in no event more than three (3 ) such <br />signs. <br />SECTION 2.
