C' ':djg-c 9/17/81 <br />UO?1GINAL <br />O R D I N A N C E N 0._ 1847 SEP 2 8 1981 <br />ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT IN A <br />PORTION OF CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; DESIGNATING SAID DISTRICT <br />AS UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1980-1; DESCRIBING <br />THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID DISTRICT; AND ESTABLISHING THE TIMES <br />IN WHICH POLES AND OVERHEAD WIRES SHALL BE REMOVED AND <br />UNDERGROUND SERVICE PROVIDED <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Article IV of Chapter <br />11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City (commencing with §11.30, <br />et seq.), proceedings for the establishment of an underground utility <br />district in a portion of the City of Redwood City were instituted <br />by Resolution 8941 , adopted August 24, 1981; and <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 8941 sets forth the purposes of <br />said district, its proposed designation and boundary description, <br />and a time and place for hearing of objections by persons interested <br />in the formation of the proposed district; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the hearing set by said Resolution No. 8941 <br />was provided by mail and publication in accordance with Section <br />11.42 of the Code of the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, at the time and place of public hearing, to wit: <br />Monday, September 21, 1981, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. (P.S.T.) or as <br />soon thereafter as the matter could be heard, at the Board of <br />Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall <br />Street, City of Redwood City, California, the following objections <br />were received: <br />Name & Address of Objector Oral or Written Nature of Objection <br />Objection <br />None None None <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1.
