ti DES:ycc-6j23%8'0._ <br />>fA <br />j ORGINAL <br />1 <br />O R D I N A N C E N 0. �4 JUL 14 +1980 <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 32.75.5 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE USE OF TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY <br />TAX REVENUES <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Section 32.75.5 of the Code of the City of Redwood City <br />is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 32.75.5 The taxes and penalties collected and <br />received pursuant to this Article may, from time to time, be <br />appropriated to any lawful purpose by the Council." <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days from its <br />adoption, and shall be operative retroactively from and after July 1, <br />1980. <br />1824 <br />
