CGM:bc 5/13/80 <br />O R I) 1: N r1 N C 1_; N O. <br />1820 JUL 14 1980 <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 18A.14 OF THE REDWOOD ORIGINAL <br />CITY CODE RELATING TO MASSAGE TECHNICIAN PERMIT <br />FEES <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SI.C`PION 1.. Sectio« 18A.14 of the Code of the City of <br />Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />"Section 18A.14. All applications for an initial <br />massage technician permit or a massage technician trainee <br />}.permit shall be accompanied by an investigation fee in the <br />sum of One hundred and No/100 Dollars ($100.00), no part <br />of which shall be refundable. Upon receipt of said <br />application, the City Collector shall refer the application <br />to the Police Department, which, within a period of thirty <br />(30) days from the date of filing such application, shall <br />make an investigation and submit a written recommendation <br />thereon to the City Collector concerning compliance with <br />the respective requirements." <br />SIECTION 2.
