f <br />O R D I N A N C E N 0. <br />1813 <br />CGM:bc 2/14/80 <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR 3 1980 <br />ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT <br />IN A PORTION OF CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; DESIGNATING <br />SAID DISTRICT AS UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT NO. <br />1980-2; DESCRIBING THE BOUNDARIES OF SAID DISTRICT; <br />AND ESTABLISHING THE TIMES IN WHICH POLES AND OVERHEAD <br />WIRES SHALL BE REMOVED AND UNDERGROUND SERVICE PROVIDED <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Article IV of <br />Chapter 11 of the Code of the City of Redwood City (commencing <br />with §11.30, et seq.), proceedings for the establishment of an <br />underground utility district in a portion of the City of Redwood <br />City were instituted by Resolution No. 8503, adopted February 11, <br />1980; and <br />WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 8503 sets forth the purposes <br />of said district, its proposed designation and boundary description, <br />and a time and place for hearing of objections by persons interested <br />in the formation of the proposed district; and <br />WHEREAS, notice of the hearing set by said Resolution No. 8503 <br />was provided by mail and publication in accordance with Section <br />11.42 of the Code of the City of Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, at the time and place of public hearing, to wit: <br />Monday, February 25, 1980, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. (P.S.T.) or as <br />soon thereafter as the matter could be heard, at the Board of <br />Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall <br />Street, City of Redwood City, California, the following objections <br />were received: <br />Name & Address of Objector <br />None <br />Oral or Written Nature of Objection <br />Objection <br />None None <br />
