The parcel of real property described <br /> in and shown on Exhibit A shall be used for the purpose of a public service easement <br /> for public facilities. The provisions of this Deed are intended to and will run with the <br /> land, and, until their expiration or termination in accordance with the terms of this Deed, <br /> will bind, be a charge upon and inure to the benefit of Grantor and Grantee, their <br /> respective successors and assigns. <br /> THE PURPOSE(S) OF THE EASEMENT shall be for the right of for the purpose of <br /> Redwood City owned public facilities including utility mains, future utility and service <br /> installations and appurtenances under, upon, or across the parcel of real property <br /> described in and shown on Exhibit A. Said parcel to be kept open and free from <br /> buildings and structures of any kind, except for lawful fences, surface pavement, lawful <br /> unsupported roof overhangs, and irrigation systems, and appurtenances thereof. <br /> GRANTOR FURTHER GRANTS TO GRANTEE the right to: <br /> 1. Grant said easement or a portion thereof to other public utilities or public agencies; <br /> 2.
