P..2358 <br /> RESOLUTION REGARDING APPROVAL OF SUBLEASES BETWEEN PORTSIDE <br /> INVESTORS AS LESSOR AND THIRD PARTIES AS LESSEES <br /> WHEREAS, a lease agreement was entered into by and between the City of <br /> Redwood City by and through its Board of Port Commissioners as a lessor ("Lessor") <br /> and Portside Associates as a lessee on May 31 , 1984, for the leasing of the office <br /> complex located at 460 Seaport Court to 509 Seaport Court, Redwood City, CA 94063, <br /> which lease agreement (i) was amended by Amendment to Lease Agreement made and <br /> entered into on June 24, 1987, (ii) was further amended by Second Amendment to <br /> Lease Agreement made and entered into on June 24, 1987, and (iii) was subject to an <br /> Assignment, made and entered into as of September 23, 1987; (iv) was further <br /> amended by Amendment 3 (a) on or about October 26, 1988; (v) was further amended <br /> by Amendment 4 (a) on or about December 14, 1994; was further amended by <br /> Amendment 5 (a) May 1996 (adopted by Ordinance on July 24, 1996; and was further <br /> amended by Amendment 6 (a) on or about July 25, 2001 and is further amended by <br /> Amendment 7 (a) (the "Lease"). <br /> WHEREAS, the lessee under the Lease, as a result of various transfers and <br /> assignments is presently Portside Investors, a California Limited Partnership ("Lessee") . <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Lease, ' Lessee enters into sublease <br /> agreements with third parties for the subleasing by said third parties of office space at <br /> the Premises. <br /> WHEREAS, the form of sublease used by Lessee has previously been approved <br /> as to form by the Board of Port Commissioners. <br /> WHEREAS, subleases are routinely renewed or extended by Lessee and the <br /> third parties tenants. <br /> FXS-fs <br /> 04/18/17 Vn.� � . , <br /> Reso 251 �` �� ' <br />
