P- 7363 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID FOR THE WHARVES 3 & 4 <br /> FENDER REPLACEMENT PROJECT AT THE PORT OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY; AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR SAID WORK; AND DIRECTING RETURN <br /> OF SECURITY DEPOSITS (Manson Construction Co.) <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. P-2352 adopted March 8, 2017, <br /> by the Board of Port Commissioners, the Port Executive Director requested bids <br /> for the Wharves 3 & 4 Fender Replacement Project at the Port of Redwood City, <br /> Redwood City, California; and <br /> WHEREAS, Two (2) bids were received for the performance of said work <br /> and filed with the Port Executive Director; and <br /> WHEREAS, Manson Construction Co. , a corporation with principal place <br /> of business located in Seattle, Washington and authorized to do business in the <br /> State of California, is the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and <br /> desire of this Board of Port Commissioners to award said bid to Manson <br /> Construction Co. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE ; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 .
