Section 10 of Ordinance No. 1696, entitled "An <br />Ordinance Establishing a Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Designated <br />Employees of the City of Redwood City; and Repealing Ordinance <br />No. 1621," adopted February 7, 1977, is hereby amended to read <br />as follows: <br /> "Section 10.
