05/22/2017 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2436 <br />ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AMENDING SECTIONS <br />3A.4, 4.17, 8A.5, 9.196.A, 18A.4.E, 18.A.12E, 20.65.1.13, 28.4.1, 29.91, <br />29.93.E, 30.137.17, 33A.27, and 40.917 OF THE REDWOOD CITY CODE <br />RELATING TO CERTAIN COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT, POLICE, AND <br />FIRE FEES AND AMENDING ORDINANCE 1002 RELATING TO <br />CERTAIN PERMIT FEES <br />WHEREAS, on May 8, 2017 the City Council of the City of Redwood City held a <br />duly noticed public hearing and adopted Resolution No. 15583 Amending and Adopting <br />Certain Fees for Community Development, Fire, and Police Services; Directing City Staff <br />to Perform a Comprehensive Fee Study every Five Years; Adopting a Cost Recovery <br />Policy for the City's Planning Division; Rescinding Resolutions 14410, 14466, 14609, <br />14688, 14711, and 15158; and Amending Resolution 6882; <br />WHEREAS, in order to effectuate the fees adopted by Resolution No. 15583, <br />certain conforming amendments to the Redwood City Code and uncodified Ordinance <br />1002 are required; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interests of the City to make such <br />conforming amendments to the Redwood City Code and uncodified Ordinance 1002. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br />incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br />Section 2.
