RESOLUTION NO. 12127 <br /> o 1;> I GIN A L DES:djk 01/17/94 (030/37) <br /> /19/94R <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12127 1/24/94 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR <br /> JEFFERSON AVENUE UNDERPASS PROJECT <br /> (BRIAN-KANGAS-FOULK & ASSOCIATES) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a <br />grade separation underpass on Jefferson Avenue between Midd1efield <br />Road and Franklin Street in the City of Redwood City, California <br />(the "project") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional engineering services; and <br /> WHEREAS, Brian-Kangas-Foulk & Associates of Redwood City, <br />California represents that it is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform such services for the <br />Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Engineering Services - Jefferson Avenue Underpass Project" (form <br />dated 01/19/94) , bv and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> .J. <br />municipal corporation of the State of California and <br />Brian-Kangas-Foulk & Associates, for the performance of the <br />above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby <br />made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the <br />City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br />
