RESOLUTION NO. 12126 <br /> RIG I N A L DES:djk °1/17/94 (032/37) <br /> DES:djk _/19/94R <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12126 1/24/94 <br /> ---------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR <br /> JEFFERSON AVENUE UNDERPASS PROJECT <br /> (DES ARCHITECTS/ENGINEERS) <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a <br />grade separation underpass on Jefferson Avenue between Midd1efield <br />Road and Franklin Street in the City of Redwood City, California <br />(the "Project ") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional architectural services; and <br /> WHEREAS, DES Architects/Engineers of Redwood City, <br />California represents that it is qualified on the basis of <br />experience and expertise to perform such services for the <br />Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement - Professional <br />Architectural Services - Jefferson Avenue Underpass Project" <br />(form dated 01/19/94R) , by and between the City of Redwood City, <br />a municipal corporation of the State of California and DES <br />Architects/Engineers, for the performance of the above- mentioned <br />services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of <br />the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City Manager <br />and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and <br />to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> , . .._<_~_~_. . ..,._,·".",._ft_"_~""""'"'_'_"'''_~'."'_'_'.'''_.'_'''~____..~""~._.___, <br />
