RESOLUTION NO. 12115 <br /> DES:djk 12/29/93 (019/37) <br /> o RIG I N A L 1/10/94 <br /> RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12115 <br /> ----------- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> 1993-1994 COST SHARED SIDEWALK REPAIR PROJECT; AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> THEREFOR <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the 1993-1994 Cost Shared <br />Sidewalk Repair Project, Redwood City, California, have been <br />presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval <br />thereof and authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for <br />bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents <br />for the 1993-1994 Cost Shared Sidewalk Repair Project - City of <br />Redwood City, California", prepared by the Department of <br />Community Development, Engineering Division, a copy of which <br />documents are on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br />approved. <br /> 2.
