<br /> DES:dft 12/°7/93 (012/36) <br /> o RIG I N A L 1/10/94 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12114 RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 12114 <br /> ---------- - - <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR PARKING FACILITIES <br /> (ORTLOFF FAMILY LIVING TRUST) <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain Grant of Easement by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation, as Grantor, and Sheila L. <br />Ortloff, Trustee of the "Ortloff Family Living Trust, dated <br />July 17, 1992", pursuant to which Grantee is granted an easement <br />for the use of fourteen (14 ) parking spaces and for a driveway <br />for ingress and egress thereto, subject to the terms and <br />conditions therein described, a copy of which Grant of Easement <br />is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and by this reference <br />incorporated herein, is approved and the Hayor is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute said Grant of Easement, <br />substantially in the form of Exhibit A or as modified subject to <br />the approval of the City Attorney, for and on behalf of the City <br />of Redwood City. <br /> * * * <br /> .~.~~.~H. .
