<br /> . <br /> . <br /> DES:djk )/05/95 (007/68) <br /> OR\G1NAL <br /> . <br /> A G R E E MEN T <br /> --------- <br /> PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT STUDY <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this J~ day of <br />~, 1995, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITy,¿la municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />("City") , and BRIAN KANGAS FOULK, of Redwood City, California <br />("Consultant") ; <br /> WIT N E SSE T H : <br />WHEREAS, City requires the preparation of an assessment <br />district study for transportation in the greater Redwood Shores <br />area in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the .. Project, City requires <br />professional consulting services; and <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the <br />experience, and is qualified, to perform the aforesaid services <br />for the Project; , <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br />l. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall perform <br />consulting and related services described in Consultant's letter <br />proposal dated May 8 , 1995, marked Exhibit "A" hereof, attached <br />hereto and by thi~ reference incorporated herein. <br />2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br />Consultant for all services· performed by Consultant hereunder in <br />an amount based upon Consultant's hourly rates that are currently <br />prevailing during the time of the performance of said services. <br /> ,.-.",'" - --.-.'.-....,' <br />
