L; <br /> -" r <br /> - - - n C" ,-, Q b <br /> i r.:.t tJ:'" ¡:)V~- <br />AGREEMENT <br />FOR <br />SALARIED CONTRACT APPOINTMENT <br />BUILDING INSPECTOR <br />Contract ,Appointment <br />Contract employee Diana Rapposelli is hereby appointed to the position of Building <br />Inspector for the City of Redwood City and as such shall perform the duties and services <br />more particularly described in Exhibit "A", with benefits described in Exhibit "B", both <br />exhibits attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Termination <br />Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause upon giving the other party not <br />less than two (2) weeks prior written notice. The City may upon delivery or receipt of the <br />termination notice, at its option and sole discretion, request that Contract Employee either <br />( 1) continue to render the services described in Exhibit "A" until the date of termination or <br />(2) immediately cease the performance of any or all of the services described in Exhibit <br />"A", Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Contract Employee shall, upon Notice of <br />Terminatipn, deliver to City a written status report of all projects or matters in which <br />Contract Employee is involved. Regardless of whether Contract Employee rendered <br />services during the termination period, Contract Employee shall be entitled to the payment <br />of two (2) weeks regular compensation. <br /> -. <br />
