<br /> FXS:mge 08/04/95 (017/75) <br /> OR/""· <br /> A G R E E MEN T u·'~'" , <br /> --------- J 'qL <br /> NORTH PENINSULA NEIGHBORHOOD <br /> SERVICE CENTER <br /> (MINOR REPAIR AND WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM) <br /> vJ <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 22 day of <br />~ , 1995" , by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />("City") and the NORTH PENINSULA NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE CENTER a <br />California nonprofit corporation ("Contractor") ; <br /> WIT N E SSE T H: <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor, conducts a housing Minor Repair and <br />Weatherization program for residents of the City (the "Program") ; <br />and <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in <br />order to conduct the Program for residents of City during the <br />fiscal year commencing July 1, 1995, and ending July 30, 1996; <br />and <br /> WHEREAS, City has- reviewed said request and desires to <br />allocate to Contractor the sum of Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 <br />Dollars ($25,000.00) from its Community Development Block Grant <br />Housing Rehabilitation Program; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> l. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City shall allocate to <br />Contractor the sum of Twenty -Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars <br />($25,000.00) for exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal <br />year commencing July 1, 1995, and ending June 30, 1996, solely <br />for the purposes described in paragraph 2. <br />
