<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AGREEMENT <br />FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 1999, by and between the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY ("Agency"), a public body, corporate and <br /> <br />politic, and BLUHON PLANNING GROUP ("Consultant"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Agency requires the continuation of professional consulting <br /> <br />services for the development of a Neighborhood Plan in the Friendly Acres/East <br /> <br />Bayshore Neighborhood relating to the Rolison Road project in the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the <br /> <br />experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid services for the Project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. <br /> <br />Consultant shall perform services <br /> <br />described in Consultant's Scope of Services Addendum - Rolison Road CAC <br /> <br />Planning Process (Tasks 4 through 9), which Addendum is marked Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />COMPENSA TION: <br /> <br />EXPENSES: <br /> <br />PAYMENT. <br /> <br />Agency shall <br /> <br />compensate Consultant for those services to be performed (Tasks 4 through 9) <br /> <br />by Consultant hereunder in an amount based upon Consultant's hourly rates that <br /> <br />Agmt-270 <br />DES:djk <br />G :/s h a red/Redwood/Cou n ci I <br />06/08/99 <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br />->-->_....__'0.0--_.'_- r <br />
