DAS:m~~ 17/4/88 (#38/019) <br /> · DAS:~._~.~/7/88R <br /> <br /> ORiG NAL <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> ENGINEERING REVIEW/PLAN CHECKING SERVICES <br /> LAKESHORE TOWNHOMES UNIT NO. 2 SUBDIVISION PROJECT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made this ~ day of ~ , <br />1988, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br /> <br />corporation of the State of California, ("City") and KCA <br /> <br />ENGINEERS, INC. ("Consultant"); <br /> W I TNE S S E T H : <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City requires certain review/plan checking services <br />for the Lakeshore Townhomes - Unit No. 2 Subdivision Project (the <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it is qualified to <br />furnish such services in accordance with the terms and conditions <br />hereinafter set forth; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall furnish plan <br />checking services for the Project as set forth in Consultant's <br />proposal dated October 28, 1988, items I through III which <br />proposal is attached as "Exhibit A", and incorporated herein by <br />reference. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION. City shall compensate Consultant on the <br />basis of the rates set forth in "Exhibit A" provided, however, <br />that said compensation shall not exceed the total amount of <br />Thirteen Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($13,000.00) during the term <br />hereof unless authorization be granted for compensation in excess <br /> <br /> <br />
