<br />DES:dj~ 02/16/93 <br /> <br />(050/34) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />2/22/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11944 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING PARCEL MAP NO. 91-8 <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT THEREOF; <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR <br />THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; <br />AND ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />That certain parcel map <br /> <br />(including any dedications of <br /> <br />easements described therein) <br /> <br />identified as Parcel Map No. <br /> <br />91-8 <br /> <br />(3011 and 3015 Oak Knoll Drive) <br /> <br />in the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />prepared <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />Brian, <br /> <br />Kangas <br /> <br />& <br /> <br />Foulk, <br /> <br />Civil <br /> <br />Engineers <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />CHL <br /> <br />Richfield, a California Limited Partnership, the owners of record <br /> <br />of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the City Engineer <br /> <br />as conforming to the tentative parcel map for said subdivision, <br /> <br />is approved and accepted subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) <br /> <br />Before the release of said parcel map by the City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />("City") <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />recordation, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />owners <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />subdividers <br /> <br />(hereinafter "Owner" <br /> <br />shall mean the owners or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for.ppproval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) of the property described by said map shall <br /> <br />enter into and execute <br /> <br />that certain proposed <br /> <br />subdivision <br /> <br />improvement agreement on <br /> <br />file <br /> <br />in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, entitled "Agreement for the Improvement of Parcel Map <br /> <br />No. <br /> <br />91-8" <br /> <br />(form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />02/16/93) <br /> <br />wherein <br /> <br />Owner, <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />consideration for the approval of said map by City, <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br /> <br />said agreement, all improvements required of Owner under the <br />
