<br />FXS:dmp 12/21/92 <br /> <br />(055/31) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />1/11/93 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />11928 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF ENCROACHMENT EASEMENT AGREEMENT WITH CARGILL <br />INCORPORATED <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That <br /> <br />certain <br /> <br />agreement <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Encroachment <br /> <br />Easement <br /> <br />Agreement" <br /> <br />(and <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />3/18/92) , <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />between <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood City and Cargill Incorporated, a copy of which agreement <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />file <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />office <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Ci ty Clerk, <br /> <br />to which <br /> <br />copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Manager <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest <br /> <br />thereto, <br /> <br />respectively, <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and record same with the County Recorder's office. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />..-........ ,_. ~. <br />
