<br />DES:djk 02/15/91 <br /> <br />(048/23) <br /> <br />2/25/9l <br /> <br />0 E I GIN 'AL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11481 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />1990-91 SIDEWALK REPAIR AND TREE PROGRAM; <br />AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br />FOR <br />AND <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there have been presented to this Council certain <br /> <br />plans and specifications <br /> <br />for 1990-91 Sidewalk repair and tree <br /> <br />Program; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />signify <br /> <br />its <br /> <br />approval <br /> <br />thereof and authorize the City Clerk to call for bids for said <br /> <br />project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Those certain documents entitled "Contract Documents and <br /> <br />Specification <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />1990-91 <br /> <br />Sidewalk <br /> <br />Repair <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Tree <br /> <br />Program" <br /> <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development, Engineering <br /> <br />Division, and on file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby <br /> <br />approved. <br /> <br />2. <br /> <br />The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to call <br /> <br />for bids as called for in the above-mentioned specifications. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />-------- --r--,.---------- - <br />
