<br />DES:djk 07/06/91 <br /> <br />(023/26) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />2/11/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11475 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR TELEPHONE SYSTEM <br /> <br />OF <br /> <br />(NEC BUSINESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS (WEST), INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled "Maintenance Agreement" by <br /> <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br /> <br />the State of California and NEC Business Communication Systems <br /> <br />(West), Inc., a copy of which agreement, marked Exhibit" A", is <br /> <br />attached <br /> <br />hereto <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />incorporated <br /> <br />herein, <br /> <br />providing <br /> <br />for telephone maintenance <br /> <br />services <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />Ci ty of <br /> <br />Redwood City, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City <br /> <br />Clerk are <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />authorized <br /> <br />and directed <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />execute, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement substantially in the <br /> <br />form of Exhibit A and/or <br /> <br />such other appropriate documents to <br /> <br />effectuate the purpose of said agreement (in form approved by the <br /> <br />City Attorney). <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />---, - "-r-y' <br />
