S.A. INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement entitled, <br /> <br />II Agreement By and Between <br /> <br />One-Twelve U.S.A. Inc. and Redwood City" pursuant to which said <br /> <br />One-Twelve <br /> <br />U.S.A. <br /> <br />Inc., <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />provide <br /> <br />Spanish <br /> <br />language <br /> <br />instruction for certain employees of the City of Redwood City, a <br /> <br />copy which agreement is attached hereto, marked Exhibit A, and by <br /> <br />this reference incorporated herein, is hereby approved, and the <br /> <br />City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement substantially in the form as Exhibit A for and behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />"---."""""--Y-' <br />
