<br />DES:djk ('1/14/91 <br /> <br />(053/28) <br /> <br />0 RIG I N A L <br /> <br />1/18/91 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11469 <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PLAN CHECKING SERVICES FOR THE HAMPTON <br />SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />(KCA ENGINEERS, INC.) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />requires <br /> <br />expert <br /> <br />plan <br /> <br />checking services for processing the Hampton Subdivision; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, KCA Engineers, Inc., of San Francisco, California, <br /> <br />Consulting Engineers, represents that it is qualified to furnish <br /> <br />such expert plan checking services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by KCA <br /> <br />Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc., <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />this <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />desires <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />approve <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />authorize its execution for and on behalf of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />KCA Engineers, <br /> <br />Inc., <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />San <br /> <br />Francisco, <br /> <br />California, <br /> <br />entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement <br /> <br />Plan <br /> <br />Checking <br /> <br />Services <br /> <br />For <br /> <br />Hampton <br /> <br />Subdivision" (form dated 01/14/91), a copy of which agreement is <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, <br /> <br />and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br /> <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />--'¡---lr' <br />
