Mr. Barth said <br />he believed the club had justified its existence this far by stress- <br />ing the correct induction of youngsters into sailing methods, and <br />that neglect of the harbor has led the 'club to ask for some prime <br />necessities. Concrete throwing b-ases beside each pit (two to each pit, <br />tota'l cost' estimated at $18). <br />2. Tool box for safekeeping of equipment necessary to maintäin <br />the pits. <br />- 3. Iron pipes bordering the front edges of the pits,_to prevent <br />breaking away ground. - <br />4. Markers 10.feet in front of each pit, to designate the <br />throwing distance for ladies. ~ <br />5.
