COMMUNICATIONS: From City Manager Dim~itt appointing Mr. Carl Britschgi as a member ot the Commission to serve the unexpired term ot ,¡<,Wayne Millington ,who resigned trom the Commission because .ot non-residence in the city. COMMITTEE REPORTS: Report trom the Yacht Harbor Committee was read, and upon 'motion duly made, seconded, . and carried, the report was accepted and ordered tiled. NEW BUSINESS: . A statement ,otYacht Harbor Revenues and Expenditures trom 01 ty Trea. surer El tringham was read, indicating a bal- ance as ot Febinlary 28,1941, ot $149.17. , The matter ot a tu1l-time recreation d1recto~ was again brought up tor discussion, and in .this connection was MSC that a budget committee be appointed t,o study and submit a budget tor the ensuing fiscal year with a view in mind of establish- ing a full-time directorship. Cœiman Spinae appointed the tol1owing committee: Donald Bogie, Chairman, Louise Stiles, Carl Bri tschgi, and Alfred ",Morton, ex-ofticio.. . , . City Manager Dimmitt reported that the County Engineer had agreed to furnish an attendant at the Ritle Range tor five days a week, furnish material to maintain the rångeJ etc., providing the city would turnish a man tor duty on Saturdays and Sundays..Director Morton said a man, could probably be appointed for duty there trom 12 M to 5 P.
