Also present <br />., Administrati va Assistant Orrin Wendling). Mayor Sidney Herkner, <br />Councimen Hir~ Stout, Will1~ Royer, rtobert Spiller~ and Carl <br />Britschgi. Noted absent: Louise Tornen Md Irving ~old. <br /> <br />MSC Gerry Verssen and Cetherine Brennan that the minutes of the <br />meeting of Mgrch 2 be approved as maile~ <br /> <br />Schutz, <br /> <br />Councilman stout suggested that we do all in our power to work <br />toward Yacht Harbor recreation facilities and progress with <br />Community Park. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />Correspondence from Highlanders Little League regarding collections <br />at ball games.' <br /> <br />Correspondence from n. S. Dodge, city clerk, dated March 17 <br />regarding Widows', Inc. in reply to our letter of February 11. <br /> <br />Inter-office memo from city clerk Dodge, regarding Little League <br />Baseball. <br /> <br />Correspondence fr~ Ralph H. ~awJ Super1ntend~nt of Parks and <br />Recreation for San Mateo COMty, inviting fue G~ission to a <br />meeting in B~ling~e, ~r1l19J 8:00p.m. <br /> <br />M86 Alyn Beals and Gerry Verssen that a letter be sent to the <br />City Council, recommending that the existing hazard at Community <br />Park be fenced. <br /> <br />Park Superintendent Balzarini advised that data colleótionsis <br />continuing for ~ion Cemetary. <br /> <br />Commissioner William Hanely.reported continuing progress in the <br />Hawes PRrk switch. <br /> <br />William Hanley also reported that definite action is being taken <br />regarding Yacht Harbor. <br /> <br />Pasco Balzarini advised that playground equipment and tables and <br />benches have been installed at Maddux Park. <br /> <br />, Commissioner Gerry Verssen reported that there is progress regarding <br />the Layton miniature train. <br /> <br />
