<br />The regular meeting of the Park and Recreation Commission was called
<br />. to order' by Chairman Alyn Beals at 8: 00 p.m. in the Ci t Y Manager t s

<br />missioners.; Maurice' Schutz, ,WilJ.iam. Hanley, Catherine Brennan, Irving

<br />Brennan that th~ minutes of February 4 be approved as mailed. Com-
<br />missioner Knecht read a letter from City Manager Neal which made ref-
<br />erence to the lI8D1o,randums received from the Park and Recreation "
<br />Commission. . He stated in his letter that the change in rate.s tor the
<br />.Yacht Harbor, bids for the c'oncession at Hawes Park and, commendations
<br />to the Park and Recreati,on Departments would be brought bel'ore the
<br />City Coun.cil. .

<br />March 1. The water and electricity ue being installed. Mr. Hw~
<br />expressed.~þat he was very pleased with the new wooden gate and
