Stuart at 7:30 p.m. ON ROLL CALL, the following commissioners were noted present: Chairman Stuart, Richard Þabie, Doris C. Thompson, Bob Whitmore, C~missioner James Knecht entered meeting at 9:15 p.m. ABSENT: Commissioners Artie Ree Morgan (illness) and Jim Coffis (illness). Al so present: Supt. of Par]cs, Pasco Balzar ini ; Recreation Super- visor, Bill Paulson.
