Commissioner stuart moved to recommend that Chief ITohn McDonald be asked ¡ I - ] IT"""I ~ 1'1" rr to take action to eliminate the illegal parking of large trucks, trailers, semi-trailers, etc., frcm DiCkey st. between Roosevelt Ave. and the creek, seconded by Commissioner Knecht, and passed. COMMISSIONER GUIDA told of quite a bit of speeding on the access road1 ---.¡;¡;r- 1 'If"" -"1 behind the baseball fields between DiCkey st. and the Armory; suggested that this road should be closed to vehicular traffic before an accident resulted. Stuart, and Doris C. Thompson. ABSENT: Chairman Bob Whitmore ,(vac); Artie Ree Morgan. Also present: Park Superintendent, Pasco Balzarini; Deputy City Attorney, Clark Maloney: stenogrpaher, Lee Massman; and Mr. Lloyd Crebassa,- 942 Wilmington Way, R.C.
