<br />The Regular Monthly Meeting was called to order by Chairman Bob Whitmore
<br />at 7:30 p.m.
<br />
<br />ON ROLL CALL, the following were noted present:-
<br />COMMISSIONERS - Chairman Whitmore; James Knecht; Larry Schenck; Jack A.
<br />Stuart and Doris C. Thompson. Absent (and excused): Frank Guida.
<br />STAFF - Director of Recreation, Alfred Morton; Asst. Director of
<br />Recreation, Bill Paulson; Park Superintendent, Pasco Balzarini; City
<br />Attorney, David Schricker. City Manager, Howard Ullrich arrived at
<br />approximately 8:30. Also present at roll call was Elena Gonzalez,
<br />stenographer. G.A.P. STUDENTS - Terry Allen, Ed Carney, Mary Cortez,
<br />Carol Franke, Terri Lipman, Patty Rojas, ana Dave Willis. Also present -
<br />Canada College students: \-lm. J. Bourland, Stephen C. Wood, Sue Kosher,
<br />Sherry L. Kramer, Susan Caria, Ralph S. Wa1lulis, Sharon Olhiser, Harold

<br />Chairman Whitmore greeted the guests and noted his pleasure of so many
<br />in attendance and invited them to enter into the discussions..

<br />Chairman Whitmore then adjourned the meeting to Executive Session for
<br />members of the conuTlission and Staff and City Attorney Schricker at
<br />7:35. The meeting re-convened at 7:50 p.m.
<br />
<br />MINUTES of the Regular Monthly Meeting of October 7th were approved on
<br />motion of Co~TIissioner Stuart, seconded by Commissioner Schenck, and
<br />passed.
