' AGREEMENT - SEWAGE TRANSMISSION, TREATMENT, AND DISPOSAL OF SANITARY SEWAGE (EMERALD LAKE HILLS AREA) - SUPPLEMENT NO.1 THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this II tf. day of 'j)~ CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, by and between the 1984, a munici.pa1 corporation of of California (-City-) the State and the COUNTY OF SAN MATEO, a political subdivision of the State of California (-County-); WIT N E SSE T H: WHEREAS, the City and County entered into agreement an entitled -Agreement for Transmission, and Sewage Treatment, Disposal of Sanitary Sewage By and Between the City of Redwood City, the County of San Mateo," and the Emerald"; Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District, - dated August 22, 1983, (hereafter - Agreement -) , designating certain territory the Emerald as Lake Hills Area and mapped as such on Exhibit -A- of the above citeâ Agreement: and WHEREAS, pursuant to Paragraph XI, the Agreement provides that revisions, alterations, and - - amendments to the Agreement may be made by written agreement supplemental to the Agreement; and WHEREAS, both parties that said annexation shall agree not change or affect in any way the treatment capacity allocation previously purchased by the County (0.50 M.G.D.); and further, said annexation applied Redwood C it y-' s present shall be to sewer treatment capacity allocation; and WHEREAS, the parties desire provide for the hereto to boundary change of the Emerald Lake Hills Area, for the benefit of certain described properties particularly described and below, subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement: -1-
