O R I G I N A L (7/15/91) <br /> 1/20/92 <br /> RESOLUTION N 0. 11686 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH TARGET EDUCATION AND WELFARE <br /> COUNCIL, INC. (FAIR OAKS SENIOR CENTER) <br /> WHEREAS, Target Education and Welfare Council , Inc. (Fair Oaks <br /> Senior Center) has been established for the principal purpose of <br /> providing a multipurpose Senior Center; and <br /> WHEREAS, Target Education and Welfare Council , Inc. (Fair Oaks <br /> Senior Center) has requested financial assistance for use by it in <br /> conducting its activities during the fiscal year commencing July 1, <br /> 1991 and ending June 30, 1992; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and <br /> desires to pay Target Education and Welfare Council , Inc. (Fair Oaks <br /> Senior Center) the sum of FORTY-THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($40,000.00) ; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval <br /> and agreement between the City of Redwood City and Target Education <br /> and Welfare Council , Inc. (Fair Oaks Senior Center) and it is the <br /> intention and desire of this Council to approve the same: <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> FOLLOWS; <br />
