O R I G I N A L (7/15/91) <br /> 1/20/92 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11679 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH HUMAN INVESTMENT PROJECT, INC. (HIP) <br /> HOMESHARING HELP AND INFORMATION PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, Human Investment Project, Inc. (HIP) is a private, <br /> non-profit agency with the principal purpose of finding housing solutions <br /> for residents of San Mateo County who cannot afford to buy a home or pay <br /> market rents in this county; and <br /> WHEREAS, Human Investment Project, Inc. (HIP) , has requested <br /> financial assistance for use by it in conducting its activities during <br /> the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1991 and ending June 30, 1992; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and <br /> desires to pay to the Human Investment Project, Inc. (HIP) a private, <br /> non-profit agency the sum of TEN-THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($10,000) <br /> and; <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> agreement between the City of Redwood City and the Human Investment <br /> Project, Inc. (HIP) and it is the intention and desire of this Council <br /> to approve the same; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br />
