O R I G I N A L 1/20/92 (7-15-91) <br /> RESOLUT I ON NO. 11676 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH COMMUNITY EDUCATION CENTER <br /> WHEREAS, Community Education Center has been established for <br /> the principal purpose of providing a bilingual preschool program for <br /> children and their parents in the City of Redwood City. <br /> WHEREAS, Community Education Center has requested financial <br /> assistance for use by it in conducting its activities during <br /> the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1991 and ending June 30, 1992; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has reviewed said request and <br /> desires to pay to the Community Education Center the sum of SIXTEEN- <br /> THOUSAND, AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($16,000.00) ; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to this Council for approval an <br /> agreement between the City of Redwood City and Community Education <br /> Center and it is the intention and desire of this Council to approve <br /> the same; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br />
