DES:djk 01 /06/92 (003/32) <br /> O R I G I N A L 1/20/92 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N NO. 11673 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM SERVICES <br /> (OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SERVICES , INC. ) <br /> WHEREAS, this Council desires to provide a program of <br /> counseling services to employees of the City of Redwood City with <br /> various personal, medical-behavioral problems, in order that said <br /> employees more effectively may perform their employment; and <br /> WHEREAS , Occupational Health Services, Inc. , represents that <br /> it is qualified to provide such expert professional services; and <br /> WHEREAS , Occupational Health Services, Inc. has been <br /> providing the services set forth in the attached agreement since <br /> 1985; and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br /> Council an agreement entitled "Agreement for Employee Assistance <br /> Program Services" , by and between the City of Redwood City and <br /> Occupational Health Services, Inc. , in furtherance of the <br /> aforesaid purposes; <br /> NOW THEREFORE: <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement dated as of January 1 , 1992 , by and <br /> between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the <br /> State of California, and Occupational Health Services, Inc. , a <br /> California corporation entitled "Agreement for Employee <br />
