- ORIGINAL - <br /> <br /> TASK ORDER NO. 1 <br /> <br /> [BAIR ISLAND ROAD/EAST BAY SHORE AREA STUDY] <br /> <br /> This Task Order is entered into pursuant to the terms and conditions of the <br />following described agreement (the "Agreement"), entered into by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California (the "City"), and the <br />consultant (the "Consultant") hereinafter identified: <br /> <br />Title of Agreement: URBAN DESIGN PROJECT REVIEW OF PROJECTS <br /> LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF BAIR ISLAND ROAD/ <br /> EAST BAYSHORE AREA OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />Consultant: BOTTOMLEY ASSOCIATES, URBAN DESIGN AND <br /> CITY PLANNING <br /> 600 Grand Avenue, Suite 202 <br /> Oakland, CA 94610 <br /> <br />Date of Agreement: June 11,2001 <br /> <br /> 1. Task Described. Consultant shall perform the following services, which are in <br /> addition to those services described in the Agreement. <br /> <br /> 2. Description of Services: See Exhibit "A," attached. <br /> <br /> 3. Compensation. City shall compensate Consultant for the services described <br /> in this Task Order based upon the rates of charge and method of calculation <br /> described in Exhibit "A" and in the original Agreement, a copy of which is on <br /> file in the City Clerk's Office, and in an amount NOT TO EXCEED Forty-four <br /> Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-two Dollars ($44,982). <br /> <br /> 4. Time of Performance. Consultant shall perform the services to be provided <br /> pursuant to this Task Order on or before November 1,2002. <br /> <br /> 5. Approval. In accordance with the Agreement, this Task Order was approved <br /> by the City Council of Redwood City on June 10, 2002, by motion duly made <br /> and carried (a copy of the Minute Order evidencing such approval is <br /> attached). <br /> <br /> 6. Limitation; Incorporation by Reference: Except as supplemented or modified <br /> hereby, all terms and conditions of the Agreement are hereby incorporated <br /> herein by this reference, and shall remain in full force and effect.
