WHEREAS, Section 27281 of the Government Code of the State of

<br />property to political corporations must be accepted by the grantees

<br />NOW, THEREFORE;
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS
<br />FOLLOWS:
<br />1. That Marian McCrindle, City Clerk of the City of Redwood City,
<br />be and she hereby is authorized to accept, on behalf of the City of
<br />Redwood City, all deeds or grants conveying an interest in or easement
<br />upon real estate to the City of Redwood City.
<br />2. That Resolution No. 6145, adopted October 27, 1969, by the
<br />Council of the City of Redwood City, is hereby rescinded.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a
<br />regular meeting thereof held on the 26th day of January, 1970, by the
