RESOLUTION NO. P- 2371 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE C -DOCK <br />ELECTRICAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING AND <br />DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the C -Dock Electrical Improvement <br />Project (the "Project") at the Port of Redwood City, 675 Seaport Blvd., Redwood <br />City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Board of Port <br />Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board of Port Commissioners desires to signify its <br />approval thereof and authorize and direct the Port Executive Director to advertise <br />for bids for the work therein described. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for C - <br />Dock Electrical Improvement Project," located at the Port of Redwood City, <br />Redwood City, California, prepared by Kevin Connell of Connell Engineering, <br />2853 Oakes Drive, Hayward, CA 94542, a copy of which documents is on file in <br />the office of the Port Executive Director, are hereby approved. <br />2.
