REG:yc:4/2/64-7 <br />R E S O L U T I O N N O. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT FOR PUBLIC ALLEY ADJACENT TO <br />LOTS 31 4 AND 5, BLOCK 4, BELLE HAVEN SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, E. T. Komesthoeft is engaged in developing certain <br />land situated in the City of Redwood City in Belle Havel Sub- <br />division, a map of which subdivision was recorded August 23, <br />1928, in Volume 17 at pages 17 and 18, in the office of the <br />Recorder of San Mateo County, California; and <br />WHEREAS, the provisions of Section 15.2 of Ordinance No. 600, <br />the Redwood City Zoning Ordinance, require, as a condition to the <br />issuing of a building permit, the improvement of the street from <br />which access to the parking spaces for a new structure is to be <br />secured or the execution of an agreement supported by a perform- <br />ance bond; and <br />WHEREAS, E. T. Komesthoeft desires to enter into this agree- <br />ment in order to comply with said Section 15.2 of Ordinance No. 600; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br />City and E. T. Komesthoeft, on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, is hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby author- <br />ized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood <br />City. <br />
